The rules and conditions for using the Mynely platform
By accessing or using the Mynely mobile application or website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Each QR code generated by Mynely is tied to a specific profile or item in your account. You understand and agree that:
You retain ownership of any content (photos, text, contact information) you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant Mynely a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
You represent and warrant that your User Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any applicable laws.
We may offer physical QR code products (stickers, keychains, slip cards, popsockets) through our platform or authorized retailers. All sales of physical products are subject to:
The Service, including its design, software, trademarks, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Mynely and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our express written permission.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mynely shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on our Account Deletion page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts applicable to Mynely's place of incorporation.
